anyone here got reimbursement for the fischer ionto machine?

im going to my derm next week. i was wondering if anyone here got a reimbursement for their fischer md1a ionto machine. what did you have to do? even if you didnt get a reimbursement and ordered it, how long did it take until you got it? im hoping i get it within 1 week after i order it so its in time for the holidays. thanks in advance....

mine took about a week and a half on express air shipping from ups. i'm in canada so customs held it up for a good amount of time. my dad paid for it and i've been trying to get him to get it reimbursed but he's been too lazy to do it.. lol
