@ BornAgain: Lucky you.... I wish it was that easy for me...

I'm 19, actually.
I was never really "normal", but my SA got really bad when I moved in 7th grade. I had had some problems with bullying at my old school, so I got really freightened of all those people I did not know. I was about 13.

im 15 now, developed it over the past 2 years or so...i used to be a lot more confident, went to drama club, and i was really talkative and loud. basically i didnt care about people judging me...i guess i could say i was, 'free', because now with the SA i often feel trapped...and i wasnt a chronic blusher... i often wish i go back to person i used to be :/

i'm 17 and like a few people here, i don't think i've really been normal. i just used to be more easygoing and talked a bit more when i was younger. i've always been shy, SAD just became more apparent during my early teens.
