Does anyone recommend any type of prescription medication that will help me with anxiety. I believe with the proper medication I can better my facial blushing, due to my anxiety/ fear of blushing, it occurs more often, however, if the anxiety and nervousness were to be diminished, I may better myself. So does anyone have any suggestions of what I should consider and how to take the first step in obtaining it. Should I go to a doctor and explain my issue? Help would be appreciated.
