Hi Steel, yes I've been doing that as well. I use a day planner. Its like a mini calendar and each day I'll write down any progressions I've made. Not negative stuff, leaning more on the positive side. Its very interesting to look at after some time. You may not even realize or remember some of the good that has happened to you. If you notice your pages are somewhat empty, it'll remind you to try something more drastic socially, etc.
