what do you mean by an anxiety attack, is that like a sudden fearfulness of everything? I don't know, but there's always somebody who's got what you've got.

Seems like a blend of depression and exhaustion from the anxiety. And yeah totally its like a nightmare in that everything does go a darker shade and everything people say to me has a hidden malicious meaning which I honestly think they said out loud.

I think it might just be a case blend of depression and exhaustion from the anxiety. I have an anxiety disorder and frequently get anxiety attacks not like what your describing.

Perhaps you have a small anxiety disorder. See a doctor to get truly diagnosed. The best advice I can say is relaaaxxx, and drink water.
If you want to try some remedies to resolve it before consulting your doctor
then try natural things which has no side effect.Check this link and I hope that it will definitely help you.

I used to feel depressed BEYOND BELIEF. I swear to god, every day my life felt dead. I got no social interaction whatsoever, and I continued to feel like my life was one big, dark, uneventful nightmare. Well, shit changed since then and all I can honestly say is that I'd rather feel ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING than that dull, achy, lifeless feeling hovering over me like a dark cloud.

Luckily for you, it's not constant... so don't even worry. It can be worse.. far worse. Gravitate toward the love, and stay away from isolation!
