Ever since blush’s thread “I can help you cure your blushing” I have became interested in Amino Acids, before this I never really knew what they were. Methionine, which is the main supplement in that thread is, as you probably already know, an Amino Acid.
Im especially interested in the ‘Essential’ ones (they are split into essential and non-essential, essential meaning the body cannot create them and therefore must be obtained through diet or supplements, non-essential means the body can create them)

Im tempted to try a few of them, especially TRYPTOPHAN.
Has anyone ever tired a combination of these before? I see they sell them in packages containing all of them, I have read on various websites thay they can severley improve mood and reduce anxiety, as much as persrciption meds without the risks / health downsides
