hi i was just wondering what these meant. I have been working on core negative beliefs e.g. i dont like people, i dont need anybody, and replaced these with more postive thoughts like i do like some people or i do require some degree of social interaction - we all do. This quelled these negative thoughts after 3 months repetition everyday. I am now working on my positve qualities like i am thoughtful, considerate, well mannered and thinking of examples of these on a daily basis. I also mix this with reviewing my new positive core beliefs e.g. i do like some people.
