after night of drinking i dont get the physical symptoms but i get phscyological symptoms i get depressed and just want to sleep anyone feel like this

Yes, I think it is a normal reaction for anyone. I get some physical symptoms because I don't drink very often but more noticable is that I feel "down" the next day when recovering

Yes, I feel depressed, but I also feel complete guilt the next day for drinking (even though nothing especially bad happened the night before). I decided with my depression I just shouldn't drink anymore...it's hard though, especially when you want to get out of your head.
