If anyone wants hope, they can try an adaptogen which helps you to adapt to stress- this won't take away the anxiety but will help you to be able to handle it and also when your stress chemicals are triggered, it prevents it from harming your system! Then the nervine tonic and relaxant will help tone and nourish the nervous system and calm and relax you. but I think you'll have to see a holistic nutritionist for this or try it yourself but I'm not sure if you can take this while you're on medication.
