I did, I thought why not, CBT has been pretty effective for me but ACT sounds cool aswell and I haven't read anything about it before, but I was chosen to fill out the survey and then get the workbook 12 weeks later.
I think it's been about 10 weeks since I did it actually, so I guess I'll be getting the workbook in the next few weeks!
