I have opened a stickied post "heixi therapy--online counseling post" , some people PM about how it works. so I simply explain here.
recently i have posted here a lot of articles about the treatment of SA, but it seems that a lot of people still cannot understand it, let alone practise it based on their own situation. So I persuade the chief counselor in our counseling center to give instrction according to every body's own situation

our chief counselor, Mr. Zhangyi will give you a detailed instruction according your personal situation.
If more and more people ask questions in this thread, and more and moer answer according to different situation will be posted, so the whole thread will become a instruction booklet to benefit everybody who has come to this forum to get support.
