30 day commitment to myself

So basically there is a lot of things i put off doing that i think could improve the quality of my life. So i am going to commit to doing small things for 30 days at a time and hopefully replace bad habits with good ones.
NEXT 30 DAYS I WILL: Meditate at least 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week.
Cut out all soda and drink more water (at least 6 cups).
Limit myself to one caffeinated drink a day, and only 5 days out of the week.
Keep my room and car reasonably clean.


my idea is to start small and gradually incorporate more and more things that i keep putting off. Please feel free to jump in .
