I'm always like that. I often fall asleep on my bed not long after I get in from college. I have just been putting it down to being mentally tired from the stress of being in social situations all day.

I feel so tired in school that i actually just clos my eyes and doze for a few minutes at a time, and wish i could just go hom to bed,but when i gt hom i feel fine.
For you though its most likely stress, especially if your doing any extra work

Hey Spidey,

One of my friends had this problem. He was having to go to sleep for an hour or so after school because he was so tired when he got home. He went to the doctors and guess what the problem was? He was eating a lot of chocolate during the day which was causing this effect, even though he was physically fit and otherwise healthy. He stopped the chocolate and the problem was solved! Not sure if yours will be that simple but as others have mentioned, look at what you are eating and see if anything stands out. Hope you get it sorted soon mate.

Best wishes,
Voltar

Well school is an extremely social environment and if you have introvert tendencies it can suck up a lot of your energy, leaving you tired when you get home.
