2 AM cleaning spree, anyone...?

So, It's 1:47 in the morning, and I just cannot get to sleep tonight unless I straighten out this living room. I'd like to do the kitchen and the bathroom as well, but I can let it slide as long as I don't have to look at it.

Does anyone else ever do this?

No, I'm usually asleep at that hour. But I can relate to the emotional turmoil OCD can put you through. Seek help if you haven't done so already.

2am cleaning.

i was dead tired last night so i went to bed at 8pm then i woke up around 12 and couldnt sleep. i stayed up for 3 hours watching tv then was extreamly tired, went upstairs and saw the items on my dresser had not been put away, so i started cleaning and organizing everything even though i just wanted to sleep.

I feel like cleaning at night or early morning pretty often, and can't just start running the vacuum at those hours so I end up sitting around paper shredding everything with scissors because I feel like a paper shredder doesn't do a good enough job That takes a while lol..
