I read it and thought it was a good book and it does hit on a MAJOR note for all people, especially Social Phobics, and that is that we should start to be more Present. Practicing NOT following trains of thought has been very helpful to me.
The 'Conversations With God' books were very interesting. I am currently reading 'A Course In Miracles' which is fab and I love the practical lessons, one for each day of the year.

Having read many books about Buddhism which also teaches about living in the present, I bought Eckhart Tolle's book. IMO he came across as a bit of an arrogant jerk, enough that I didn't get past the first few chapters. I just couldn't handle his style of writing. That said it's a powerful message and one worth investigating.
