So, pretty sure i lost my job today.

My manager was harassing me all day, she kept telling me i wasnt doing my job even though i was. She was on me all day and she actually came outside while i was doing "carriages" (grabbing the carriages from the corals and bringing em back to the front) But anyways i lost it. i had enough and i just told her that she needs to leave me alone and let me do my job. I ended up going inside because thats what she wanted, then she ended up calling me back outside... so i asked her "what the hell do you want me to do , finish my carriages or go inside?" and she told me i could just go home. I dont care, i hated this job anyways... but finding a new job is gonna be hard.

I've had similar blowouts with employers and employees alike - and that was the end of it. Nothing more was said of it, and we got back to work the next day.

Maybe she just let you cool off, and things will go back to normal.

What do you really want?

She's your boss anyway, so a lil bit of respect would have keep things in order.

Good luck with your next job :)

Well firstly, good luck with finding something better where hopefully you won't have to work for/with such an a*****e.

Your reaction was pretty much what mine would have been under the same circumstances, so I can totally empathise. Sometimes enough is enough - I have a low tolerance threshold for idiots, and if someone exhausts my patience then they're going to get told about it, regardless of whether they have a shiny little badge declaring themselves my "boss" or not. Most people are actually smart enough to realise when they're getting into dangerous territory and know to back off. A few aren't. ;)
