Shitty living situation

Okay, so I have upstairs neighbours that torment the hell out of me, constantly trying to get in my business. The house isn't in the best of shape so you can hear everything upstairs and they can hear me down here.. I have to deliberately make phone calls outside cause I'm afraid they'll snoop in on my conversation. They are constantly banging upstairs and I hear everything! I'm so sick of these people, I don't know what to do.. They're rude, invasive, and down right miserable to be in the presence of. Has anyone had a similar experience and what did you do? Thanks!

Yes. Same way when i lived with my parents. I moved out. It was miserable

I was in the same situation many years ago. The neighbors upstairs kept playing loud music, even at night. I was too afraid to confront them alone, so I wore ear plugs to sleep. I make phone calls outside too, or crouch down low and speak in a soft voice. I eventually moved out.
