I have realised recently that Valium has had not effect on me since about a month. I used to take it twice a week and I know it's not tolerance because I've tried to take more and it still has no effect on me. At first I thought it was because I quit smoking but recently I started again...

I'm not looking to start taking it I've just heard it has helped some people who suffer from social phobia.

and what were ur expereinces with it?

is it safe to take 20mg of valium (which is just right for me) then 2hours later, drink one can of beer ?
