as much as i was stressed for 2 weeks to go through the first appointment for therapy, on the very same day but early morning me and my friend got followed by 4 guys.

whenever im out, or just walking down a quiet street and walk past some person, i can't look at them in the eye so i keep my head down glaring onto the road passing by..

This and no matter what i do..its still there
