  • Things are tough. Have a pretty bad exercise injury. But, I'm so much more at peace with myself. I'm facing my fears, anxieties and insecurities. Figuring out the source of my fears. Letting go of self imposed expectations and worrying about what others think. I'm also learning to love myself more, being more grateful, looking at the positives as opposed to the negatives and focusing on the NOW. Worrying, only creates more problems. There's no sense in being upset by the past and dreading the future. Live in the now. That's what I'm trying to do. I know I will fail now and then but that's okay too. As long as I try. Life is a moving target. I'm learning to go with the flow and focus on the beautiful scenery.

    Tum sweater aur jackets wagera pehen rahe hona..apna health ka khayal rakhna.
    Aur tumhare exams ke dates aaya kya...theek se padai karna okay.

    Hmmm me abhi kisi khaas person se baat kar raha hoon aur usko samjhane ke koshish kar raha hoon woh kitne ache he aur jaise bhi he bahut pyari he aur usko apne upar itna hard nahe hona chahiye...hope yeh read karke to woh smile karegi:)
