Panic Attack when waking up

As for me,
it's a bit weird,
Everytime I wake up, I got Panic Attack, and I sleep always using eye pads since 2005, and prescribed 90mg Mirtazapine at nite.

The Panic Attack,
It comes and go.
As I remember,
just last week, for the whole week, from Mon-Fri, I got Panic Attack, when waking up, with fear,
But, this week, it's gone.

I am back normal.

It has been like that always since year 1990-2012.

I take Mirtazapine 90mg, Alprazolam as needed, Paxam every morning,
Lyrica 600mg, Tramadol.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

God bless u

All those meds and you still get panic attacks? I'd see another doctor for a second opinion.

Why the Tramadol? are you in pain at night?

This happened to me when I was on a lot of meds. It was awful. As I came off them and started seeing a therapist, it happened less and less.

I also used to take tramadol chronic back pain but it actualy didn't mix well with some other med i was taking and cuased a huge panic attack. Also some of the side effects of that med can also cause problems that my lead to a panic attack I know it did for me.
