new to iontopheresis voltage question

hey guys i have bad palmar hh. just discovered this forum along with ion technology anf built a little io device. i am using 12v and two aluminium basting trays bc i have very large hands. after five straight days of 20 minute session switching polarity halfway i feel much better but still clammy. i saw that last post the guy said he uses 24v. is 12v enough? should i just keep going with 12 or up the voltage? thanks!

its probably best if you up the voltage to 18. you can go 24v if you think you can handle it but i've found that most people are just fine with 18v

18v sounds about right.
