My tip for ladies with chest/groin sweating

Hello. I recently came across something that has helped me cope with chest/groin sweating. This may sound silly, but wearing the right bra has helped my chest sweating so much. There are also "lace" and "mesh" bras that will allow your skin to be ventilated. Let me explain this one a bit. I recently found out most women wear the wrong bra size. You know how those Victoria's Secret models all have that amazing cleavage and good stuff? Well, they are wearing the wrong bras. And as you probably know, skin touching (cleavage) makes the sweating worse. If you google Sophia Jenner, you will find this woman's website about how to find a properly fitting bra. Not only can a good fitting bra help your confidence, but it wearing one will make your breasts separate, and thus help the sweating problem. Speaking of bras and sweating, I found these nifty little bra liners at BraMates bra liners: the breast sweat and breast rash solution . I'm sure several companies make them, and you probably could even make your own! When looking for bras, natural materials are the best. But these could help but cotton in between you and your bra, to help your skin breathe. Finally, the groin sweating. Did you know that disposable pantyliners/pads have plastic in them that actually cause you to sweat more? Natural liners/pads are the way to go. You can make your own, there are patterns online. Or you can buy them from a retailer like Lunapads Washable Cloth Menstrual Pads and The DivaCup . That retailer has a nifty little water proof bag (that looks like a makeup bag!) that you can stash your dirty/clean ones in til you are home. It's best to change the liners/pads every few hours. I also keep a supply of baby wipes and crystal deodorant in my purse. I used to bring changes of my undies, but now I can just have the pads/liners. I would say, for me at least changing the wet item helps about 80% of odor, but wiping with a wet wipe and reapplying the mineral deodorant takes care of the rest. As a result, I get less anxiety about sweating and sweat about 20% less when I am doing these things. Not to mention, they make heavy sweating at least bearable! Good luck to all you ladies who have heavy sweating in more intimate areas!

I get sweaty where the skin isn't touching and where bra fabric does not covers the skin. I think it's just very over active there and my anxiety causes me to sweat. But it's not really a big bother, I don't see the sweat through my clothes or anything.

I get what you mean about the wrong bra size. Bra manufacturers do not want to bother with the expense and inconvenience involved with revamping the whole bra measurement system. As a result most women walk around with too big a band and too small a cup. A D cup is actually quite small when everyone think D cups are huge. Anyway, this is where I got my info from: Venusian*Glow: *Bra Matrix* if anyone wants to know more.

I don't wear panty liners - that's what underwear is for, and I go for cotton.
