Glad to hear you've had so much success with ionto, you seem very knowledgable on effective treatments for our condition. I was wondering if you could take the time to email me at [email protected] to explain to be step by step how to do ionto as I am very unsure of what I am doing and am about to order an Idromed system. Not sure about how polarities play into this or what that means, what water level to use, which type of water, do I do my hands first, then feet, etc. ANy help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!
