Thanks. I think you answered my question. But just to be clear, was not focusing on academics what you regret the most? I'm not sure if I'm actually going to take such an extreme approach anymore, but I will be keeping it in mind. Thanks for all your advice.

Yeah...xxxHolic was very cool. A bit quirky and odd (which I LOVE) but cool none the less. Another one you may like if you're into fantasy/supernatural anime is Claymore. I can also recommend Red Garden, Hell Girl (Jigoku Shojo) and MoonPhase. Some of those are cutesy and some are more serious "horrorish" animes.

I still haven't seen ANY of Fullmetal Alchemist yet. It's been on my list for a little while. Just waiting for the price to drop. So you'd recommend it huh?
