I'm the king of junk food-Believe me. If I can do it, anyone can! I use to look at eating healthy as a chore. I've done it before to lose weight but I always hated it. Now, I try to have a little fun with it. For example, I'll look up the benefits of eating blackberries and read all of this cool stuff or the benefits of eating celery. Kind of makes eating it more enjoyable. You are what you eat. And, I'm tired of being a bag of chips! Like Hippocrates said; " let your food be your medicine and your medicine your food."
