I thought social anxiety changes depending on where you live. When I visited Pakistan, though it was not a nice place to live due to the extreme poverty, I was relaxed. I did not experience social anxiety. When I came back to Britain, my social anxiety actually got worse. Oh what are you studying?
I'm not afraid to deal with people as much as I did before. You'll get used to it. As long as you are calm and take deep breathes, you'll be fine. Exercising helps too. Try it if you want.
