    How about exercising only 15 minutes a day? Then once you get into the habit of it, try to exercise for 30 minutes everyday. Continue to increase the amount of time you exercise and make it into a habit.

    I thought social anxiety changes depending on where you live. When I visited Pakistan, though it was not a nice place to live due to the extreme poverty, I was relaxed. I did not experience social anxiety. When I came back to Britain, my social anxiety actually got worse. Oh what are you studying?

    I'm not afraid to deal with people as much as I did before. You'll get used to it. As long as you are calm and take deep breathes, you'll be fine. Exercising helps too. Try it if you want.
    oh ok muje laga shayad tum busy ho....yaar agar tum busy ho tho bol dene qki me tume disturb nahi karna chahta...muje aisa lagtaki me bus apne baare me sochtha hoo tume aur bhi tho kaam hote hena ....tho yaar jab bhi tume lage ki me tume kuch jada he thang kar raha hoon tho tum khulke bol dena.
    I'm fearing for the future too. Social anxiety is big obstacle when looking for a job.

    I'm happy at the moment, but tomorrow, when I go back to work, I'll be stressed. I hate using public transport. >_> I'm taking driving lessons, but I'm such a reckless driver. I need more practice. -_-;;
    yaar.......lagta he hum ek dusre ka mind read kar sakte he Lol............ek he time me dono ne ek sawal post kiya....kind of strange yaar........nd it is not happening for the first time LOL
