Isit coz i always got social problems I dont dare to share so i am full of trouble in the end and they dont feel happy when they r with me because I am full of trouble to the brim I ave had so many failures making frens people are just not attracted to me that must be the reason anyone going...

when u sit in a crowd eg a seminar, do u have trouble lifting up ur head just to look at the speaker or screen which is above ur eye level? WOndering y i am having such problem, what is the cause? It is such a straining thing for me just to lift up my head

is it becoz i act timidly? speak timidly? why the colleague raise voice at me?? feel so sad, i dun want to appear timid anymore..but i dun really have friends outside, as a result the office relationships matter a lot to me, so i am timid there coz i cannot afford to lose their friendship...
