How do I make friends?
Give me some interesting, practical (for a social phob) tips etc.
I find it extremely hard to connect to anyone. I'm in a very very lonely place right now and I need SOMEONE.

Can anyone else relate? I'm not sure if this is related to SA... is this normal?
I get alot of anxiety (particularly lately) about timing. For example... I have to be somewhere at 'x' time and have to do something before so I have to try and calculate as close as I can to arrive on time...
I thought this would be a good way to reflect on the potential causes of why you got it and to learn a bit more about the others on here. Also to relate to others I guess and see where others come from.
