Hey dude merry xmas.im grand a bit depressed but that seems to be the case for alot this time of year.thats gud that ur doin better.iv stopped taken them again quit while im ahead.i shud realy go to the counselor in university aswel i nva do tho.hope all is good on ur side of the pond.

Im stil doin the one on one sessions.the group sessions start in a few weeks.feelin crap myself lately iv started takin valium again its the only way i cn face college or talkin to people my doc wnt giv them to me cus there habit formin there easy to buy round here tho.wish i didnt need them..

Ya it was the intrusive thoughts thing that caught my eye to but to be honest i thought every1 had intrusive thoughts but we jst keep them under control.i was thinkin bout tryn sum volunteer work but freaked out bout doin it,kinda get the feelin tho that id be doin it to try make myself feel bit better aswel which makes it seem selfish.how are u gettin on are u feelin better lately?.how many more years of school do u have left.

I wouldn't say that we say "guy" a lot, but we might use it more than other countries in place of "y'all" for example (in the US). I remember a ball tournament in the states one time and one of the southern US teams thought it was really weird that we said "you guys" instead of "y'all", haha. Even if it is a group of girls... I love reading true crime books whether it be about murder or drug dealers or watever i like the way the criminologist writers do there work and get to interview people,the interview thing i wud realy hav to work on ha.i was also told theres a forensic science course in another county thats bout an hour from here so if i do 3years in the college im in now i cn go dwn there and do that.id love to Write a book some day but writing isnt one of my strong points im more of a reader.how many people live in canada iv nva been outside europe was in spain once for a holiday and went to holland for a wedding.

Niether of my parents went to college they kinda had to work not much money round here bk in there day for college.what trade ur dad do,i did plumbin for 2years then lost my job that was lastyear that happend,trades used to be big over here but no 1 is hiring in them anymore no building.what sort of things wil u have to do in ur future job when your qualified

ya can get grants and things here plus if you go to college after you turn 23 your classified as a mature student and you can get a back to education allowance everyweek on top of your grant which is really handy.even if ya do nothing over her we have the highest payin social welfare in europe ya get 200euro a week on it and ya can get rent allowance on top of that,its bad idea really cus everybody from other european countrys move here just to claim.do yee have a welfare system at home.how long more you got left in ur course
