I have SA had it for over 8 years now its gradually got to its worst i am now 18. anyway i was invited to this 18th tonight and im really nervous. im on medication now and i wana give this party a go..anyone got any suggestions of how i can be calmer..i might still back out >.< hm thanks. xo

hi does anyone have trouble making phone calls to anyone? just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to relax before making a call.. i need to make an important one but i keep putting it off and yes i have social anxiety. thanks.. :(
