Hello from Japan! I've been shy my entire life, but have been struggling with SA since high school. Since college I feel I've made progress in the right direction, but it's been a very SLOW process. But, my SA seems to be getting worse since coming to Japan or maybe it's all just in my head...

I've been Japan for a few years now and I've noticed my SA getting worse. Everyone around me has a set image of what's considered normal and acceptable, and I guess I don't fit that mold. Has anyone else had this problem?
