Has anyone tried using hypnotherapy as treatment for SA/SP? Is it any good? Ive found that most of my SA/SP stems from my negative thoughts. Therefore, my SA/SP will only go away when my negative thoughts go away. I have tried one anxiety hypnosis cd but it only dealt with relaxing the body...
