    I'm sorry for the late post.. I hope you don't mind.
    But i'm doing a lot better, I try to enjoy life as much as possible.
    I'm still dealing with the horrible issues of social anxiety,
    But I can cope better with the emotions of dealing with it,
    When i'm frustrated, I just do things I like, like art, singing, writing,
    or do breathing exercises.
    It really helps me, and it's alot better than making yourself feel so worse about your life..
    I believe in myself, a bit more.
    But I'm still afraid I won't get out of the isolation of sa.
    But I will keep fighting :)

    So how are you doing? Maybe it's a bit weird of me to share my story so fast :p
    You don't even know me xD. But I just feel so safe around these people on spw.
