kk, well I havn't been the the physc yet but will on Friday. Im about 99% sure I have OCD as others have said on a previous post. I think mines more mild though.

Anyways, When I had violent intrusive thoughts, they terrorfied me. I mean I could barley function for a few days. I was a total mess, I wanted to die.

Once I found out I most likley have OCD I was alllloooott better. My anxiety left, basicly what im saying is, I can have intrusive thoughts now, and while horrible and I have to close my eyes or do something just to get rid of it out of my mind, I no longer have the anxiety...is this normal?

If you have a mild form of OCD, I would say that being able to distract your mind from the anxiety and stuff is somewhat normal. If your OCD was more severe, you wouldn't be able to do that very easily. For me, there's really nothing I can do to get rid of the intrusive thoughts. They just have to go away on their own...eventually. And I will move on to something else to worry/obsess about.

Just talk to your psych when you see them and I'm sure they'll tell you what's going on, exactly.
