So right now i'm extremelly depressed which is something that comes and go, but lately for the past 2 months it's being happening way more often.
All my temporary fixes like the gym, video games, music doesn't work as well as they used to and I can't find the strength to care or to try something else.
I still talk to my friends but inside i just want to be left alone and I don't want to become a jerk like my former best friend who just abandon ppl.
any tips or help?
