I have a friend who I am really worried about.
They really enjoy their food. Junk food. Like chocolate, fizzy drinks and cakes at least two bags a day. I am incredibly concerned for their physical health as they are gaining weight from the process. They hardly exercise. I sat with them and pointed out the dangers of the unhealthy food and the effects it can bring on their health. At first they listened and cut down. But they now they have slipped back into their old habits. I re-spoke to them again about it. They just looked at me and told me to stop exaggerating.
It's incredibly frustrating because I don't want to see them get worse. They are on a waiting list to see a Nutritionist. But until then, they are continuing to do what they are doing.
Can someone please advice me?
