Too much ionto

Just wondering if you can do to much and how do you know when to stop.

I have just finished a treatment but whereas yesterdays treatment had my hand and feet hand feeling drier, todays has my right side feeling clammy again. Cue more anxiety and the vicious circle just got bigger.

Have I done one treatment too many?

I have been using Ionto for over 5 years but it has been very up and down with regards to success.

I'd appreciate any help/thoughts.

Cheers

Hi

Do you use the ionto machine everyday? I do one treatment a week on about 7-8 mA for 30 minutes. It can be hit or miss for many people due to many factors like water quality (hard water is best), power of electric current, length doing the treatments..... Maybe try doing some treatments on a lower power setting (some people whack it up to 20mA)

HH,

I've tried most settings etc. Just annoying when you get it to work then can't repeat it.

I am going to try 10 days at 18ma (feet) and 10 ma(hands) and see how that goes rather than longer or shorter sessions.

Might actually helpif I note things down in future.

Bummer. Same with me. Ionto finally worked like a charm for 2 months over the summer & then suddenly made it worse after a routine maintenance treatment. I wish someone could figure out a way of making ionto work repeatedly.

Did you have PC or a DC device?

I've experienced the same thing then I had the idea to stop treatment for a week and then do another initial treatment of 10 days this time round instead of 16-18 as you would normally. After the 10 days carry on maintenance and you should see the results improve again. Do this once every 2-3 months and see how it goes. No idea how or why it works that way, maybe it's the body getting used to the treatment, who knows.
