for the last few years i've randomly been gettng realy itchy all over due to some alergy i guess.
It sort of comes and goes every few days. I dont think its related to environmental factors as happens if its hot or cold. and yeah.. i dont have flee's :p

I believe im alergic to strawberries and possibility some types of tomatos as they tend to make the itch start up, so i stay away from them.

I also dont think its my washing machine powder cause as i said its not a constant itch, just every few days.

Dr told me to take TELFAST whic I have been doing for the past few years, seems to work pretty well to stop the itchy. Seems to be 100% safe but I dont want to rely on it, if theres some underlying issue I could just fix.

I know alot of people on this site know quite abit about chemcals/alternatve medicines so was wondering anyon had any suggestions to try ?

Otherwise i might goto one of those docters (i forget the name) who can test what your alergic to, and figure out whats going on.

thanks =)

You say you just randomly itch every few days or so. Does it start right after, or even a few hours after, you eat something?? If I were you, I would probably get tested for food allergies.

Also, maybe you should check out whatever soaps or lotions you use. I know when I use certain soaps and lotions, my skin gets irritated and itchy. It usually happens right after I use it though, I don't know if the timing of the reaction would be different for anyone else? Sorry if I'm not much help, that's all I could think of. ::p:

I had this too just recently, I couldn't sleep most nights. I changed my bedding and everything, but no result. I had no clue what it is from, but as I was thinking about it, I figured out it might be lack of water, so I started drinking a lot of water. It DISAPPEARED almost instantly and I don't have it since.

have started drinking heaps of water these days, I'll see how it goes.
Its wierd though, on my arms and legs when i scratch sometimes just gently and for a few seconds the the area goes realy red and raised (like im having some reaction or something).

Probs just goto one of those alergy docter ppls, Telfast is expensive...

thanks for replies =)
