I'm 19 going on 20 and I feel like I'm so deep in this pit of anxiety that I'll never get out. I feel destined for the life of a reclusive mountain man or something...lol...

ys im 18 about to go to college. Im going to see a doctor before i go to get a prescription so i dont feel like im a fish out of water.

i'm 19 i think ive had it for a long time but just realized it was an anxiety problem i don;t know if ill ever overcome it. :?

I'm 19 and in college and I wish so much that I could be your age again and do high school right this time. I don't have any crazy stories to tell from "back in the day" like everyone else has about high school. Look at things from that perspective. When I was 14 I thought I would have had a girlfriend or have had several relationships by now, but I don't, and I have never. You don't want to rush through life, you need to take it slow and figure things out. If you focus too much on the future (and/or the past for that matter), you will miss everything happening around you now, all those great chances to come out of your shell, and in 4 or 5 years you'll regret it so bad and there will be no way to go back and fix it- you'll just be right where you were before. And then you'll spend all your college time regretting high school and looking back at what could have been but wasn't, and you'll miss out on college too, like I've been. Seriously, appreciate being your age.

I'm 18.I didn't realize what was wrong with me until a year ago, when it got worse and i began to look into it.

yea just turned 17, i started taking paxil and klonopin and i guess it takes the itch of it but doesnt compeltely dissolve it, i have it because i have wicked sweaty hands/hyperhydrosis, i still wont do drivers ed lol
