What a quite lonley place this is! I know you people are out there but I feel like I am all alone. Perhaps my phobia is not as strong as yours I don't know. I know how scary it can be to make contact with others but it will help you if try andyou will also be helping me . Please try to find the courage you don't have to say much hello would be nice and be pleased with yourself for trying! It will get easier I know from experience. I would like to thankyou for being brave enough to read this message and I congratulate you if you do say hello.

I feel alone too at times. My friends don't truly understand however one of my friends who is confident recently had a panic attack in a social situation (however it was one on one) which is unusal for her because she can talk in front of big groups. She was telling me she experienced the fear I feel everytime I go to lessons, especially English. I have English tomorrow and I have been worrying about it all weekend and today, I feel thats all I ever do and I don't enjoy life for the moment but worry it all a way. I'm sick of it. I doubt myself going to university, I can't talk in front of 10 people with whom I have grown up with, how will I ever cope?
