Payn,

Are you looking for natural remedy for anxiety?

I'm taking Natrol 5-HTP (from Vitamine Shopp) and helping me with mental fog, anxiety, anger, depression, constant craving and makes me feel the sense of well being. I'm taking 50mg twice a day.

I also take melatonine sublingual 2.5 mg (from Vitamine Shopp) to sleep. It helps me feel calm.

Also, I have taken Positive Mood Good Days by Lucinda Basset for 30 days from GNC. It helped me with brain fog, anger, anxiety, depression, energy level.

I also take fish oil in capsules from Costco. Some people take in liquid form because it absorb better. It's proven to be effective for depression.

I take Mega Vita Min for Woman Time Release from Vitamin World because it has most comprehensive multi-vitamine, I think.

One more thing, after suffering from life time of low energy, I found out that I have low thyroid and my doctor prescribed me natural thyroid. It's not thyroid medicine that most conventional doctors prescribes as they could be more harmful than good. It's natural thyroid extracted from an animal I believe. I could only get it through my doctor who specialize in hormone. I take the natural Thyroid every day, otherwise, I feel rage, brain fog, tired, anxiety, depression, hopelessness, and more.

Another issue that I have is low iron. I take iron pill every day. If I skip the pill, I notice it instantly.

Please do not take thyroid or iron without doctor's consult because it could be dangerous to your health.

Days that I take all these, I feel so much better. If I skip even for one day, I don't feel so good. I get tired, angry easily, depressed, and very anxious.

I hope this helps.

kava kava's the shit. NOW makes a pretty good brew, i'm sure it's cheap as hell too. nothing matches meditation and listening to death metal, though. best way to killing anxiety
