There is always a way through or a way to work around things - you just haven't found it yet. If you find that you are making no progress or not accomplishing that which you desire, it may be a good idea for you to take a break for a while and regroup. Sit down and relax, ponder what you need to ponder, and have some fun. Then, when you are ready to get back at it, hit it really hard, but try it from a fresh angle that you never tried before. If you are still lost, talk to friends who have had similar experiences and see what advice they have to offer! Good luck!

Yes this is a difficult thing to get through, but get through it you can! If you feel you need some more in-depth help, try seeing a counselor or a mental health professional of some kind (I saw a counselor for anxiety, and it really helped a ton). They can provide very in-depth help that you can't necessarily receive on a forum.

I think you just have to learn that not everything is your fault. Nobody can carry the world on their shoulders. You can be the most sensitive and wonderful person alive, and yet people will still tear you apart or take advantage of you. If you believe in Jesus, he is a good example. If you don't believe in Jesus, think of other cultural icons like Ghandi or Martin Luther King, Jr. who were wonderful leaders just trying to help people out, but they still met strong opposition. So, you have good intentions, but learn to say, "fuck it, this person is not worth my time," once in a while and I think you will find yourself a much happier person!
