I played cards with my little brother and his friends without having a panic attack. I fucked up a bunch of timesthoug and was so nervous I didn't care how much I lost, just that I could get out of it, lol. :D

Well done ;) dont you find that after you have done something you feared that you look back and the fear seems a little silly now?

hmmmm..I'd say slightly. They did make fun of me a little, but I guess that is expected in a group of guys.

When i said "silly" i think it came across in the wrong way, what i was trying to say was that the thing you where fearing was not as bad as you where expecting.

I started playing cards (poker) only once or maybe twice in febuary this year, the first night i went i was all anxious and worried about what the thought of me and stuff because i only knew one of the 5 that where playing, but the more i played the less the fear got and now i can relax and enjoy it, , now i play it about twice a month and i look forward to it. If its a regular thing then you should try and keep going :)
