I began meditating in 2008. I did it for a whole year, 30 minutes a day (using a mindfulness meditation cd my doctor gave me which concentrated on breathing, listening to sounds etc) Negative thoughts reappeared so i worked on negative core beliefs for 30 minutes everyday and upped mindfulness meditation to 40 minutes a day. This is started on 1 june 2010 till 1 September 2010. I did not miss a day in those 3 months. I gave up with it and am just concentrating on thinking positively.
