So I started going to uni a just over a week ago. It's freshers' week at the moment (don't ask why it's week 2), which is all kinds of fun for an SAer 
. For tonight, they were organising a pub crawl around town. That sounded too stressful for me (something to do with not having a way out - you can't back out half way through, sort of thing), so after eating at the dining hall, I decided to make it back to my room. The problem was, there was a huge crowd of people getting ready to go in my way. I didn't want to have to walk past them and have everyone see I wasn't going, so I decided to take a detour. The thing I didn't factor in was the fact that this detour involved walking through a fully lit corridor with windows facing out right onto the courtyard where people were waiting. So much for going unnoticed :lol:
