who has truncal HH? whats yer story?

I have very bad back sweating, this means I can't go out ever with just a t shirt on which I hate.
In my opinion truncal sweating, my case, the back is the worst place to have HH because I've easily cured all my others except for this. I take tablets but I feel they are not very effective. What has anyone else done?
