Where to buy an iontophoresis machine?

Where is the best place to but one of these machines.

I am mainly looking for an Idromed 4 GS.

Use a homemade one, I've got a homemade one and used it for the first time yesterday and it seems fine, theres a youtube video on it you should take a look at, if the hands are your problem anyway.

yeah, the homemade one works fine and costs about $30 for all of the supplies. the only downside is you tend to get zapped more & have to replace batteries. apparently you can use a dc converter but that scares me a bit.
