What happened to the chat room? Is it gone for good?

Just because theres no link doesn't mean its vanished, what it actually means is the webmaster didn't really want the chat and decided to not link it so it would die a slow death because less and less people will know about it.

Can someone post a link to the spw chat? I can't read Spanish. I have no idea what I'm looking at. This blows. Why didn't they just make people log in for chat if they're worried about trolling, instead of cutting it off suddenly and without warning? Thanks for making an already anxious person MORE anxious.

Sour! I know, it really sucks. The new chat is just a fancy shoutbox and anybody can search through what you say. Get an IRC client and connect to the old room, it's still running.

we will put a link to the irc chat somewhere but the chatbox will remain the main chat of this site for now, i don't now in the future.
I thinks that irc is better, but for newbies sometimes it's very difficult to connect with the chat using java o irc client.
Also we need an english irc alternative for the actual spanish irc server.

I've registered #spw on dalnet, which is in English. It might be a bit easier to use, so I'll see how it goes.

To access it type the following in your IRC client:

/server irc.dal.net

followed by:

/join #spw


If anybody would prefer a different server then I'm all ears.
