Well...maybe not in so much detail but generally these are sure fire ways to trigger the HH, in no particular order:
1) supermarket checkouts
2) at the hairdresser (oddly enough though, even when I cut my own hair with no people around I still sweat like crazy sometimes)
3) job interviews (well...yeah)
4) sitting in a car with more people in it (close quarters)
5) anything where touching other peoples' skin is involved from handshakes to the obvious
6) Waking up in the morning (I guess the anxiety due to the realisation of what is expected of you that day and that's it's fast approaching...getting into bed at night to sleep there's not that much HH)
7) Sitting on furniture you know will show off moistness when you get up while there are others around
8) When your playing sports and taking a break and the other people dry out but you start sweating even more than you did when you were still playing and that was already more than enough...Happens every time for some reason; I kind of relate it to a race car that overheats when it's standing still cause there's no more cooling from the wind anymore.
...I guess I could go on.
